Notes
- When completing your registration form, you must also indicate if you are attending the Banquet Dinner on August 28, 2012.
- When completing your registration form you must indicate if you are attending the lunches and on which days in order to receive your lunch tickets.
Tickets for both the Lunches and the Banquet Dinner are only available until July 31, 2012. Registration must be received by July 31, 2012 in order to be eligible for your tickets.
The short-course fee will be added to Conference registration fee. Notes: You can enroll to short-course when making your registration for the Conference or until July 31, 2012.
